Celebrating the Grand Opening of American House Boynton Beach

The evening of April 8 was one of those quintessential Florida evenings, the gleaming white exterior of American House Boynton Beach awash in sunshine. Our beautiful community was ready to open its doors to family, friends, professionals and distinguished guests to celebrate its grand opening. Lively steel drum music greeted guests at the entrance and entertainment in the bustling courtyard maintained the festive vibe. Guided tours showcased the thoughtfully designed community, while guests enjoyed giveaways, like tropical bakery baskets from Aloha Bakery, pampering manicure kits and pet treats from local favorite Scoopy Doo’s.

Sales Project Manager, Lyndsey Naif, orchestrated this memorable event which, of course, included delicious food and beverages. Top chefs at American House created a menu that featured coastal and tropical flavors—from coconut shrimp and stir-fried chicken with pineapple to Teriyaki fruit skewers and a tangy slice of Key Lime pie. In addition to refreshing beverages from a full bar, a signature rum punch and selections from the local Funky Buddha brewery were available. Guests mingled and explored the community while sipping Keel Farms’ Key Lime wine, gifted to all attendees.

A special welcome table was hosted by Jodie Audia, VP of Life Enrichment and Cognitive Programming, alongside Amy Wallace, Corporate Director of Life Enrichment. In attendance was the regional leadership team, as well as key leaders of the Boynton Beach Online Chamber.

American House Executive Leadership was on hand, with CEO Dale Watchowski giving a heartfelt speech prior to the ceremonial ribbon cutting. After Dale’s thank you to the many team members who serve the community, our resident ambassador Ann Theater had the honor of cutting the ribbon, symbolizing a new chapter for American House Boynton Beach.
