At American House, our menu is continuously evolving, with the culinary team bringing new flavors to our residents and introducing an extensive variety of choices. Our Vice President of Culinary, Michael McLoone, is elevating the dining experience for our residents. Drawing from his hospitality and nutrition expertise, he is creating memorable experiences revolving around healthy, flavorful meals.
What's On the Menu
Our American House culinary team utilizes a variety of recipes to assemble our seasonal and bistro menus. Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter meal plans are created by the culinary team and vetted by certified dietitians, ensuring consistency, quality and nutritional value. Residents order from our daily menus or choose from an alternative menu that offers regional specialties, heart-healthy choices and resident favorites.

Every Event Has a Different Flavor
Along with a diverse daily menu, our culinary team creates unique dishes that enhance our many themed events, whether it’s an international dish or a unique interactive experience. Chefs especially enjoy connecting with our residents during spontaneous live cooking demonstrations and tastings. From a Flamingle, our Las Vegas-style happy hour, to superfood presentations, there is always something to learn, experience and enjoy.
