American House Spring Lake provides a great home for senior citizens to age in place. When my parents needed to move from their home across the state to be near us due to my mom’s increasing Alzheimer’s, American House was the right place for them. It truly became their home, with wonderful caregivers and good friendships with other residents.
They have been very accommodating and my 93-year-old father is liking it there very much. He is in the Memory Care building, he enjoys doing things with the other people and is not lonely like he was previously.
American House Living...[is] a great place for any loved one. My mother was a resident at the Spring Lake location for several years and received excellent treatment, care and kindness. This is a well-staffed center with an RN on duty. They really care about their residents and treat them like family. If and when the day comes I need this living arrangement, my first call is [going to be] American House. I know they are the best.

Maintenance Director Kerry Walsh of Continuum Services has always been a builder. He started his own business as a furniture manufacturer and still restores old vehicles and motorcycles. So it may surprise some that he started out in Life Enrichment 24-years-ago.

SIMON SNOEYER, Culinary – Cook
Simon Snoeyer has worked in the food industry service for over 34 years, from college campuses to steak houses and everything in between. “You name it, I’ve done it,” said the American House Spring Lake Culinary – Cook.
