American House in Bonita Springs is not only headed by a professional team, the cuisine is most excellent, the programs are many & varied, and the Independent Community of which I have become a part, is as welcoming as any you could want! The grounds are an extensive 26-acres, with a lake front where I am, but beautifully laid out which comforts & delights the gardener still in me. I am HOME!
My Mom has been living in American House for almost 8 months. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, events, food, and friendship American House has provided for her. She has never been happier. It has been a Godsend. They deserve a 10+ in stars. A shout out to all of the staff and residents!!!

I was a singer many years ago, and now I’m retired. I don’t like to live in the past or focus on past glory. I feel you live on what you accomplish today. The fact that I have time at my discretion here is very important. I like the food and I was an avid cook back home! I also haven’t done housework in eight years!
